As a Property Manager at Tat:vm Estate, a division of Katma Development, you will be responsible for the operational excellence, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction across assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Market property vacancies, screen applicants, negotiate leases, and ensure property security and upkeep.
Analyze local markets to establish competitive rental rates based on operating costs, taxes, depreciation, and profit margins.
Advertise available units across digital, print, and referral platforms, emphasizing property location and amenities.
Handle lease agreements, collect documentation, secure deposits, and ensure legal compliance.
Manage rent collection, address delinquencies, prepare budgets, and monitor financial performance.
Conduct regular property inspections, address maintenance issues, coordinate renovations, and manage third-party service providers.
Oversee property security, including surveillance systems and emergency response protocols.
Enforce occupancy rules respectfully and effectively to maintain a safe and community-focused environment.
Prepare comprehensive reports detailing financials, occupancy, maintenance, and tenant trends.
Contribute to company growth by identifying improvement areas, supporting tenant retention, and enhancing property value.
