Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and tenant relations of [residential/commercial/resort/vacation] properties. The Property Manager will ensure the property is well-maintained, occupancy goals are met, and all operations comply with relevant laws and company standards. --- Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations. Manage tenant communications, including resolving complaints and handling emergencies. Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and external contractors. Ensure property complies with health, safety, and housing regulations. Monitor budgets, approve expenses, and prepare financial reports. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and identify maintenance needs. Market vacant units to prospective tenants; handle leasing and renewals. Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, and maintenance requests. Enforce lease agreements and handle evictions when necessary. Coordinate renovations or capital improvement projects. --- Qualifications: Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role. Knowledge of property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium). Understanding of landlord-tenant laws and regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts effectively. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Property Management certification (e.g., CPM, ARM, or CAM) is a plus.
