Responsibilities

Manage and maintain commercial or residential properties, ensuring optimal condition and operations. Foster positive relationships with tenants, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Oversee rent payments, handle collections, and manage lease agreements. Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure properties remain in good condition. Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial performance meets targets. Ensure properties comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards. Develop strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in property management or a related field Knowledge of property laws and regulations Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
