About the Role
We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented
Property Manager
with a
B.Sc science background
and prior experience working in the
pharmaceutical industry
. The role involves managing facility operations, maintaining safety and compliance standards, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth functioning of the office premises at One BLR.
Candidates with a strong understanding of hygiene protocols, medical standards, documentation accuracy, and facility upkeep will be ideal for this position.
Manage day-to-day operations of the office premises at One BLR.
Ensure the property is clean, safe, well-maintained, and compliant with company standards.
Oversee housekeeping, security, utilities, maintenance, and admin activities.
Conduct regular inspections of the property and identify areas needing improvement.
Pharma/Medical-Related Compliance & Standards
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and medical compliance guidelines.
Maintain documentation and logs related to facility safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
Implement and oversee SOPs related to workplace cleanliness and bio-safety practices.
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain medical stock, first-aid kits, and health-related supplies.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance, repairs, and service agreements.
Manage AMCs for equipment, utilities, and office systems.
Supervise external contractors and ensure timely completion of work.
Handle procurement of consumables, supplies, and office essentials.
Office Administration
Manage records, inventories, and administrative documents.
Support office operations such as seating arrangements, space planning, and workstation management.
Facilitate smooth functioning of office events, audits, and inspections.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare periodic reports on property condition, expenses, maintenance logs, and vendor performance.
Coordinate with management teams for budgeting, improvement plans, and business support.
Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and facility guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Sc (Science)
- Mandatory.
Experience in pharmaceutical or medical industry
preferred.
3-8 years of experience in facility management / property management .
Strong understanding of safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to handle vendors, contractors, and onsite teams.
Proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented personality.
