Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Property Manager who will oversee the day-to-day running of assigned Stay ALYF properties, ensure all reporting from these properties is done promptly and the \xe2\x80\x98Guest Experience\xe2\x80\x99 is as per the StayALYF brand. Key Responsibilities: - - Responsible for ensuring that the property is well maintained and all the amenities are in working condition as per the brand standards. - Responsible for an impeccable standard of cleanliness throughout the properties. - Accountable for the guest experience at the property to generate positive reviews/feedback from guests. - Responsible for ensuring that all necessary items are in stock and inventory is maintained on the property. - Accountable for managing the cost of operations and profit margin for food and beverage and other additional services. - Accountable for running property operations as per the assigned budgets. - Responsible for being the \xe2\x80\x98designated individual\xe2\x80\x99 for cash handling at the property. - Responsible for appropriate staffing, management of all staff, and ensuring that everyone is fulfilling their roles and responsibilities. - Responsible for escalating staff and staffing issues to the management. - Responsible for hiring, training and retraining staff. - Accountable for employee morale at the property. - Responsible for developing local vendor relationships to ensure the best prices for locally sourced -products and services via a three-vendor bid process. - Ensuring that daily occupancy, status, issues, and guest comments/feedback are discussed in a meeting (via phone and video) with the reporting manager. - Assist the reporting manager to set up operational SOPs and make sure the same are being followed. - Manage Inventory & consumption tracker. Skills & Qualifications: - - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with equivalent hospitality operations experience of 2+ years - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations - High level of organization and attention to detail - Competence with office management software Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
