Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day resort operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, property upkeep, and safety across the resort.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
Manage resort staff schedules, performance, and training requirements.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource utilization effectively.
Ensure compliance with all legal, health & safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records, inventory, and operational reports.
Support management in planning events, promotions, and business development activities.
Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
