Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business and Ops Performance Metrics and Process Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance with business and operations performance metrics and processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

Stakeholder Management (if applicable): Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Initiative Support and Project Execution: Assist in driving initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. This may include gathering data, conducting research, and providing support for project implementation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Operations Hygiene and Process Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with operational hygiene and processes to uphold quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Customer Satisfaction Score: Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 4 or higher by providing excellent service and addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.

Community Engagement: Actively participate in community events to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation within the community.

Hostel Audit Score: Ensure that hostel facilities achieve an audit score of over 90% by maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality standards.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
