Position Title:

Property Manager



Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the efficiency and profitability of the assigned operation, whilst maintaining a high standard of service in accordance with the budget



Key Result Areas:



o Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the clients on site, as well as practice excellent teamwork and support for the other members of the service.

o Ensure that the high quality of service is carried out promptly according to commercial site standards.

o Track, monitor & co-ordinate for building statutory compliance.

o Maintain a high standard of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with commercial site the client and as per statutory requirements.

o Identify client needs and expectations and ensure client satisfaction.

o Deal professionally with customers & for feedback.

o Actively monitor and handle complaints.

o Ensure completion of all relevant Company paperwork; maintain the accounting, systems, and processes with legible, precise, accurate, and timely completion.

o Ensure prompt invoicing and recovery for the services rendered as per the agreements.

o Assess weekly and monthly figures and maintain adequate controls to monitor budget / CAM performance.

o Actively pursue and achieve budget targets and assist in budget compilation.

o Ensure security and maintenance of premises, equipment, and stocks.

o Formulate systems in line with client and site expectations.

o Use approved suppliers for all vendor-related items.

o Maintain and continuously improve the quality of service and standards.

o Keep all wastage to a minimum and observe environmental practices wherever required.

o Keep know-how of current safety regulations to respond to emergency call-in situations in the property and help to coordinate any related function to accommodate the safety of customers, visitors and staff.

o Assisting in recruitment, selection, and induction of staff in accordance with site requirements.

o Effectively lead, develop, and motivate the service team, monitor and solve personnel issues as they arise within the department.

o Responsible for grooming, cleanliness, hygiene, uniforms, and overall attitude of the deployed staff.

o Attend all meetings and training sessions as per the schedule.

o Organize formal training and provide structured on-the-job training; identify and address individual training needs to provide onsite induction.

o Ensure that the staff is rostered efficiently, productively, and up-to-budget.

o Ensure that the facility's operations are aligned with commercial site goals and vision.

o Refine and improve the operation; encourage and recognize innovation and incorporate these into work procedures.

o Display creativity and innovation in day-to-day management.

o Implement directions from site Senior Management and provide feedback.

o Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and information relating to the Property.

Being Analytical and Meticulous

You must pay attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will be building, maintaining, supporting and validating the performance of subordinate staff working. You will also be applying knowledge of administration, for program, resources, and staff and demonstrate the ability to manage others and to communicate information effectively with the internal & external customers along with leadership skills.



Qualifications

You need to have a Graduate Degree from a recognized university in hotel management and strong knowledge of hospitality, with a minimum of 7-8 years of work experience /an engineering graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Impeccable communication skills in English would be a must. Other qualifications that will earn you brownie points. Below will include

Strong Knowledge in the functional area of Facilities Management/ General Admin



Adequate software exposure, like MS Office, etc.
