Property Manager - Program Operations



Full-Time, Onsite

in

Bengaluru



What you will do:



End-to-End Property Management:

Fully own student accommodations (maintenance, utilities, security, etc.).

Critical Transport Lead:

Oversee all student shuttle operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key Vendor Manager:

Negotiate with and manage all external service vendors and contracts.

Student Experience Driver:

Rapidly resolve all accommodation and transport escalations.

1-4 years of experience

and thrive on operational excellence and hustle, we want you!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Experience:

Property management: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

Kannada (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
