Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Property Manager

to oversee and manage rental properties under our portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on field experience, and a thorough understanding of property management operations including tenant coordination, inspections, vendor management, and property maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end

rental property management

, including tenant move-in, move-out, and renewals. Conduct regular

property inspections

and ensure timely maintenance and upkeep. Coordinate with

tenants, owners, and vendors

for any service or repair-related issues. Manage and maintain relationships with

vendors and service providers

for maintenance, cleaning, and repair works. Conduct

move-in/move-out inspections

and ensure proper documentation. Manage

property keys, utilities, and asset handovers

efficiently. Handle

field visits

and property verifications as required. Support in

property marketing

, listings, and coordinating site visits. Ensure

high tenant satisfaction

and maintain proper communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in Property Management / Real Estate operations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Two-wheeler is mandatory

(with valid license). Strong knowledge of

rental property processes, tenant management, vendor management, and inspections.

Ability to handle

field work

and multitask effectively. Proficiency in

MS Office / Google Sheets

for reporting and documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
