Job Description

Should possess 7 to 10 years of experience. Minimal experience with Real Estate/Hospitality Industry

Key skills needed are strong leadership, exceptional communication, negotiation, financial acumen, problem-solving, and customer service. Key Responsibilities

Guest & Tenant Relations:

Address guest inquiries and complaints, build relationships to ensure satisfaction, and maintain a positive property reputation.

Operational Oversight:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards for cleanliness, decor, and guest services.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, oversee expenditures, and analyze financial data to ensure profitability.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and manage staff; set work schedules, monitor performance, and address any employee-related issues.

Maintenance & Repairs:

Coordinate routine maintenance, oversee repairs, and plan renovations to keep the property in excellent condition.

Marketing & Sales:

Advertise vacant rooms and spaces, negotiate lease agreements, and implement marketing strategies to minimize occupancy gaps.

Legal & Compliance:

Ensure the property adheres to local, state, and federal housing and safety regulations.

Vendor Management:

Liaise with and manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and other service providers.
Skills & Qualifications

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:

Strong ability to motivate, manage, and effectively communicate with guests, staff, and vendors.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for various interactions.

Customer Service:

Exceptional ability to deliver and exceed guest expectations.

Financial Acumen:

Strong understanding of budgets, financial reporting, and cost management.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to make quick, practical decisions and resolve issues such as tenant disputes or operational problems.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in property management software, understanding of building systems, and familiarity with online booking platforms.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
