? Lead and motivate a team managing housekeeping,food, maintenance, Wi-Fi, laundry, and hostel
services.
? Maintain high team discipline and flawless record-keeping.
? Achieve and uphold a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4+ across services.
? Ensure strict process compliance and seek operational improvements.
? Develop and train the team for growth and professionalism.
? Handle daily operation escalations effectively.
? Includes 50% Sales and 50% Operations.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
