Position-Property Manager (Residential)
Place - Hyderabad Expected Date of joining \xe2\x80\x93 by Feb 2024/ Immediate Looking for Right candidate with 5 plus years of experience as Property Manager in managing high raise buildings, communities, big corporates. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the team size- 600 FM Staff to deliver as per the SLA.
• Ensuring all team members (Security, technical, Housekeeping) work cohesively and effectively to ensure all day-to-day operations without delay.
• Ensuring proper documentation at facility site, for respective department Audits.
• Tracking SLA of Mechanical & Electrical installation like security CCTV, access or swipe, FAS, HVAC, BMS, Energy consumption monitoring, Housekeeping, F&B catering, security, event organization etc.
• Ensuring daily manpower deployment as per agreed SLA.
• Coordinate and collaborate with teams and staff, outside suppliers, cleaning and maintenance, landlord and runner contract due appraisal to MC.
• Ensuring Monthly facilities MMR and MIS, Site management applications related to Helpdesk reports on weekly basis to client.
• Required in-depth knowledge about yearly budgeting for managing the entire Facility, and appraise MC.
• Ensuring Diesel, water (GHMC, treated), electricity, Gas supply without any interruption of services to community and incase of deviation or emergencies coordinating with client and suppliers to recover the services to inline.
• Facilities Monthly and Annual operational expenses Management and appraise actuals.
• Coordinating all the respective teams for monthly expenditure bills on time to client, ensuring the KPI are adhered and if any deviations need to ne appraised with the respective department vendors and in charges.
