We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our properties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of property management principles. Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations:
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure tenant compliance with lease terms and property regulations.
- Address tenant complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Property Maintenance:
- Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance and repairs.
- Source and supervise contractors and service providers.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure property longevity.
- Manage property improvement projects and renovations.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection and expense tracking.
- Monitor and optimize property performance to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
- Conduct regular financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Legal Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and state regulations governing property management.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation affecting the property management industry.
- Oversee eviction proceedings and legal disputes as necessary.
- Marketing and Leasing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
- Show vacant units to prospective tenants and conduct thorough screenings.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with real estate agents and brokers.
