To oversee and manage the maintenance, operations, security, and compliance of all company-owned and leased properties. Ensure facilities are well-maintained, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of all company properties including clinics, offices, and warehouses.
Oversee maintenance schedules, repairs, and renovations to ensure smooth functionality of premises.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for AMC, repairs, utilities, pest control, waste disposal, etc.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of properties to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations.
Manage lease agreements, renewals, rent payments, and documentation for all rented properties.
Maintain inventory of property assets and track utility consumption (electricity, water, etc.).
Address facility-related complaints or emergencies promptly.
Monitor property-related budgets and ensure cost-effective facility management.
Ensure all statutory compliances related to property (fire safety, pollution board, local municipal rules, etc.) are met.
Support new site identification and property acquisition processes as needed.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in property or facility management, preferably in a multi-location setup.
