Job Description

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. This includes ensuring the property is well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, rent is collected, and the property operates efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:



Tenant Relations:

Market vacant properties and screen prospective tenants. Execute lease agreements and ensure lease terms are upheld. Handle tenant complaints, disputes, and service requests. Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and evictions as necessary.

Financial Management:

Collect rent and other property-related income. Prepare budgets, financial statements, and expense reports. Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payments. Authorize and track property-related expenses.

Maintenance & Repairs:

Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs. Conduct regular property inspections. Ensure the property complies with safety and health regulations. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate property records, including lease agreements, maintenance logs, and financial documents. Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations. Prepare reports for property owners or stakeholders. Oversee staff such as maintenance workers, security personnel, or leasing agents.

Pay: ₹13,057.17 - ₹20,000.00 per month
