to oversee all aspects of property transactions, legal documentation, coordination with brokers/agents, and verification procedures. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate processes, regulatory compliance, and document handling related to property registration and land purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end real estate transactions (buying, selling, leasing of land/buildings).
Coordinate with brokers, legal advisors, and internal departments for property-related matters.
Handle property registration, mutation, stamp duty, and related government processes.
Prepare, review, and maintain documentation such as:
Sale Deed
Agreement to Sell
Encumbrance Certificate
Title Deeds
Property tax receipts
Verify ownership details and property records from the sub-registrar or online platforms.
Maintain database of properties, site plans, circle rates, and boundary documents.
Ensure compliance with RERA and other applicable regulations.
Liaison with municipal, revenue, and land registration offices as needed.
Support due diligence and title verification for all property acquisitions.
Maintain confidentiality and safekeeping of all sensitive property documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate, Law, or Administration preferred).
8+ years of experience in real estate property management or documentation.
Good knowledge of property laws, circle rates, registration processes, and mutation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), and document management systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel for site visits or office coordination.
