We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Property & Hotel Operations Supervisor

to manage and audit a residential rental property and audit hotel reporting in Gurugram, Haryana.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of both the property and hotel, ensuring everything runs smoothly, issues are resolved proactively, and financials are accurate.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management

Manage day-to-day operations of the rental property. Supervise routine building maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work. Ensure tenant satisfaction by responding to queries and resolving complaints. Monitor rental collection and maintain proper documentation of payments.
Hotel Operations & Audit

Perform a small daily audits of the hotel operations:
? Check cleanliness and maintenance of rooms.
? Monitor inventory of linen, consumables, and hotel supplies.
? Ensure proper staff attendance and performance.
? Track guest services and ensure high service standards.

Monitor hotel financials:
? Verify daily revenue.
? Cross-check billing and payment records.
? Report any discrepancies immediately.

Prepare and submit daily reports on occupancy, income, expenses, and operational issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Property Management and Hotel Operations. Strong knowledge of property maintenance and hospitality best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic accounting and MS Excel skills for report generation.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or relevant field. Prior experience in managing rental properties and good knowledge of business operations and audits .
