Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

Oversee day-to-day facility operations in gated communities, IT parks, and commercial properties. Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor teams. Conduct audits, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain service quality. Handle client communication and resolve operational issues. Lead and train on-site teams, monitor budgets, and drive efficiency. Ensure safety standards and legal compliance.
Sales & Business Development:

Generate leads and acquire new clients (RWAs, societies, business owners). Pitch property management services and prepare proposals. Understand client needs, close deals, and achieve sales targets. Build strong relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Requirements:

3-7 years of experience in property/facility management and B2B sales. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with real estate, housing societies, and commercial campuses. Self-motivated, performance-driven, and client-focused.
