Main Responsibility
BMS Executive responsible for monitoring, maintenance and optimization of IT/OT infrastructure and support operations team remotely for all India and APJ locations

Key Responsibility
\xc2\xb7 Person should be familiar with Siemens products, like- DesigoCC, SVMS, SiPASS etc. or similar
solutions from competitors.
\xc2\xb7 Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to controller / BMS and DDC and monitoring
systems and perform needed repairs.
\xc2\xb7 Tests and calibrates system devices to ensure functional reliability of operating / monitoring
system
\xc2\xb7 Installs, adjusts and services mechanical and electronic locks, card access systems, camera systems
and related equipment.
\xc2\xb7 Check Monitor, maintain and install building automation system for Utility as well as Security
systems.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor and adjust BMS settings to optimize system performance.
\xc2\xb7 Respond to alarms and troubleshoot system issues.
\xc2\xb7 Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
\xc2\xb7 Perform repairs and coordinate major maintenance activities.
\xc2\xb7 Install software updates and assist in system upgrades.
\xc2\xb7 Collect and analyze data, generating reports and recommendations.
\xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting of OT devices remotely and network areas.
\xc2\xb7 Updating of system architecture periodically and maintain the uptime of all equipments.
\xc2\xb7 Raising the service tickets & follow up for resolution with OEMs and service providers.
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring software updates, compliance and managing software-related security issues
\xc2\xb7 Negotiating contracts and managing service agreements with vendors and service providers
\xc2\xb7 Providing guidance to local site team to manage BMS assets and vulnerabilities
Required Competencies
\xc2\xb7 Minimum Year of experience: 2~3 Years in similar field
\xc2\xb7 Qualification: BE in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Communications
\xc2\xb7 Specialized Skills: MS Office, Training in PLC/Desigo/Automation.
\xc2\xb7 Personal Attributes: The applicant must have the ability to organize, prioritize and
produce results to meet deadlines and work in close collaboration with customers and stakeholders. Good team-working skills are a must.
