Electrician Qualification Certificate

B License

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily maintenance complaints across electrical, mechanical, and sanitary systems Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules Conduct routine inspections of equipment and building infrastructure Maintain interior and exterior of the building, including furniture and fixtures Ensure all equipment (Transformer, AHU, UPS, DG) is in optimal working condition Respond promptly to fault requests and perform necessary repairs Troubleshoot electrical system failures and hazards Suggest replacements for outdated or faulty equipment Write detailed electrical maintenance reports Adhere to safety and performance standards
Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a

Maintenance Electrician

Familiarity with

industrial electrical systems

and

National Electrical Code

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods Good communication and teamwork skills
Routine Tasks

Inspect wiring, fixtures, and appliances regularly Identify faults and potential hazards Conduct repairs and upgrades on electrical systems Supervise equipment condition and ensure compliance with safety norms
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, a strong technical background, and a proactive approach to building upkeep.
