Role Overview

As a

Property Listing Executive

, you'll help ensure new users and listers have a smooth, supportive experience on Cribo. From guiding them through the platform to improving listing materials, you'll be key to growing our engaged community.

Key Responsibilities

Connect and assist new users during their property listing journey. Help streamline listing/onboarding flows and gather feedback. Ensure smooth work flow.

Requirements

Strong English communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and organized. 1+ years of Experience in international call center, customer service process Student or recent graduates, (Business, Comms, etc.) with excellent command over English is also Welcome Soft Skills and conversational skills.
