The person will be responsible for the entire lead generation process through to deal closure. They will serve as the primary point of contact and the face of the project for prospective tenants and brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive leasing strategy for office spaces in the new development.
Identify prospective tenants, schedule site visits, and build a robust deal pipeline.
Lead commercial negotiations on lease terms, escalations etc.
Collaborate with legal for drafting and reviewing Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease deeds, and registration.
5. Build relationships with Property Consultants such as Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), CBRE Group, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank India, Savills India, Colliers International India, Anarock Property Consultants, Proptiger, Square Yards, and boutique brokers.
Monitor market trends and competitor projects to refine positioning.
Requirements:
5 to 8 years of commercial leasing experience.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) .
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Solid network among corporate occupiers and brokers in Mumbai.
Knowledge of leasing laws, financial structuring, and basics of space planning.
