Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and ambitious professionals with strong client relationship and sales acumen to join our team as Senior Property Investment Advisors. The role involves building trusted relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), NRIs, and premium investors, guiding them in luxury property acquisition, and ensuring smooth end-to-end investment journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients (HNIs, NRIs, investors) for luxury real estate projects.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling and personalized service.
Promote and market high-end residential and commercial properties in collaboration with top developers.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and investment consultations.
Manage the entire sales cycle -- from lead generation and cold calling to deal closure.
Provide clients with insights on investment returns, property appreciation, and market trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are open to candidates from luxury service-driven industries, including:
Real Estate: Sales Consultants, Property Advisors, Relationship Managers.
Hospitality (5? / 7? Hotels & Resorts): Guest Relations, Sales & Customer Experience Managers.
Banking & Finance: Wealth Managers, Relationship Managers handling HNI/NRI portfolios.
Aviation: Cabin Crew / Client Service Managers with premium customer engagement experience.
