As part of the Non-Motor Insurance team, the Executive/Manager/VP will play a crucial role in managing the Sales and insurance needs of our organization. This position requires a proactive, go-getter attitude, along with corporate experience in negotiation and convincing to close deals

Effectively. Key Responsibilities

Operational Insurances

Review Exposures: Analyze business activities to ensure adequate coverage under group
insurance programs, including cargo, property, liability, Fire, Burglary, cyber, and more.

Request for Quotation (RFQ): Promptly share RFQs upon inquiries, adhering to turnaround
time (TAT).

Renewal Management: Float quotes on renewals and provide valid reasons for any coverage
losses.

Coverage Queries: Rapidly respond to inquiries regarding coverage. New Business Development: Collaborate on tailored insurance solutions for new
opportunities.

Data Management: Maintain confidentiality of data and coordinate with insurance
companies.

Operational Coordination: Share accurate records and documents with the operations team. Back-Office Support: Support accounts during urgent situations.
Project Insurances

Mergers and Acquisitions: Manage insurance considerations during M&As and update
insurance programs as necessary.

Policy Amendments: Communicate essential policy amendments in response to business
changes.

Contract Review

Contract Terms Evaluation: Review and negotiate contract terms for risk management. Insurance Compliance Review: Ensure alignment of third-party insurance policies with
requirements.

General Duties

Day-to-Day Assistance: Support ongoing insurance-related issues. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing insurance programs. Management Reporting: Develop reports for stakeholders. Monthly Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for team communication.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
