About the Role

Swarn Group is expanding its India operations and is hiring

Finder & Development Associates

to help identify land, property, and development opportunities across India.
This is a flexible, remote role that focuses on discovering new sites, gathering information, and helping our team evaluate potential development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify land or property owners who are interested in selling Find development opportunities (plots, redevelopment, joint ventures) Conduct basic on-ground research (location, size, ownership details) Collect and submit property information to Swarn Group Maintain communication with property owners and our team No negotiation or paperwork required -- Swarn Group handles all legal work
