Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee overall resort operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.
? Develop and implement strategic growth plans aligned with five-star standards.
? Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets.
? Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations and brand standards.
? Lead the senior management team and foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
? 15+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, with 5+ years in a director or GM role.
? Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
? Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and experience in Kerala's tourism market.
