We are seeking a motivated and professional

Property Dealer

to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will act as the intermediary between buyers and sellers, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Understand clients' needs, budget, and preferences for property transactions.

Property Listings:

Source, list, and advertise properties on relevant portals and social media.

Market Research:

Analyze local market trends, property values, and competitive listings.

Property Tours:

Organize and conduct site visits with potential buyers or renters.

Negotiation:

Facilitate communication and negotiation between parties to close deals.

Documentation:

Assist with legal paperwork and registration processes.

After-Sale Service:

Provide post-sale support related to possession, maintenance, or leasing.

Networking:

Maintain relationships with builders, legal advisors, loan agents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass (Bachelor's degree preferred) Basic knowledge of property documentation and legal procedures Strong local market knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Familiarity with MS Office and real estate platforms (like 99acres, MagicBricks, etc.) Valid real estate license (preferred or as per local regulations)
Preferred Experience:

1-3 years in real estate sales or brokering Experience in residential or commercial property dealing Digital marketing or CRM usage is a plus

Pay: ?11,931.16 - ?20,260.04 per month
