Any Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of job experience (administration, coordination, or related field)
Responsibilities:
Handle property-related documentation and maintain accurate records
Visit construction sites for office-related needs and coordination
Assist with filing, data entry, and official correspondence
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and office staff
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Willingness to travel to project sites when required
