Key Responsibilities
Understand clients' requirements and provide suitable property options.
Conduct property viewings, market research, and site visits.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve successful deals.
Maintain and update property listings, leads, and documentation.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, brokers, and developers.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
Prepare and present proposals and property-related reports.
Assist in closing transactions and ensuring a smooth handover process.
Stay updated with real estate trends, locality insights, and pricing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in real estate sales/rental (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of local real estate markets.
Ability to handle fieldwork and client visits.
