Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Property consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, and driving the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and targets. Manage, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Generate and convert leads through strategic marketing and networking. Oversee property listings, client interactions, and transaction processes. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business goals. Ensure compliance with real estate laws, policies, and regulations.

Qualification:

Any degree in business or related fields 2 years of expirience in sales (preffered) Strong leadership,organizational, and communication skill required Strong negotiation and problem solving skill
