Responsibilities:



Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

Sales & Marketing:

Actively market and promote Capkon's real estate projects to prospective clients through various channels.

Consultation & Guidance:

Provide professional advice and consultation to clients on market trends, property valuations, legal requirements, and financial options.

Lead Generation:

Proactively generate and follow up on leads from various sources, including walk-ins, online inquiries, and referrals.

Negotiation:

Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Documentation:

Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and documentation throughout the sales process.

Market Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with the real estate market, competitor activities, and new property launches.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
