Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with potential and existing clients through calls, messages, and emails.

Convert qualified leads into successful sales or lease transactions.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and lead status.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new project launches.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or in a similar sales role (preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and lead conversion abilities.
Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
