The Property Community Manager primary mission is to be a trusted guide for prospective tenants, making their housing search simple, fast, and personal. Their success is measured by converting leads into happy residents.
Core Job-to-be-Done (JTBD):
Guide every prospective tenant to the right home for them, converting every possible lead into a booking.
Sub-JTBDs (The Daily Mission):
Respond with Speed: Connect with every new lead within 5 minutes. First contact wins.
Guide, Don't Sell: During a visit, create a positive experience, understand the tenant's needs, and help them visualize themselves living there. Solve their problem.
Create Urgency: Persuade tenants to book now by skillfully handling objections and highlighting real-time demand.
Be a Local Expert: Build a local tenant inflow engine through offline branding, connecting with local brokers, tea stalls, and community hubs.
Own the Outcome: Take daily accountability by meticulously reporting on every lead, including reasons for lost conversions.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
