We are looking for a

reliable, live-in caretaker

to manage one of our holiday properties. The caretaker will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the property -- from

guest handling

housekeeping supervision

to

inventory control

and

basic maintenance

Responsibilities

Greet guests and manage

check-in/check-out

Monitor and support

cleaning

and

laundry

activities Ensure the property is always

clean

,

well-maintained

, and

guest-ready

Report any

repairs or maintenance issues

immediately Coordinate with

delivery partners

,

vendors

, and

technicians

Do

local purchases

for groceries and daily-use items Track and maintain

stock

(toiletries, linen, cleaning materials) Handle

basic guest issues

and escalate if required Ensure 24x7

security

safety

orderliness

Use a

smartphone

for checklists, updates, and reports

Requirements

Experience in

hospitality
