Key Responsibilities:

As a Property Bookkeeper at SREG, you will be responsible for:

Recording daily financial transactions in accounting software

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable entries

Reconciling bank and credit card statements

Preparing and organizing invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation

Assisting with payroll entries and vendor payments

Maintaining accurate general ledger records

Producing monthly reporting

Communicating with internal departments to clarify financial activity

Supporting the operational team as needed

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting - Required

1-3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience - Required

1+ years of experience using Yardi Voyager Software - Preferred

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

You must provide your own hardware and internet service.

A dedicated workspace in your home is required
