About the Role
We are a growing residential real estate brokerage based in Thakur Village, serving premium and upper-middle-class home seekers. We are looking for energetic, confident, people-oriented professionals who can handhold customers through their property search journey -- from enquiry to site visit to closure.
This role is ideal for:
Experienced sales/customer service professionals

Local residents familiar with Western suburbs and their demographics
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in and online enquiries for residential rentals and sales
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients
Maintain relationships with property owners, societies, and channel partners
Follow up with clients regularly and assist in negotiations & closures
Maintain CRM records and update enquiry logs
Ensure smooth communication between clients, owners, and internal teams
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach
High energy, confidence, and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of Thakur Village & surrounding areas is a
big advantage
Ability to travel locally for site visits
