We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and client-focused
Property Advisor
to join our growing real estate team. As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their property buying, selling, or renting journey, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and/or commercial properties.
Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
Schedule and conduct site visits and property tours with potential buyers or tenants.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients.
Negotiate deals and close sales/rentals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred).
1-5 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or advisory (freshers with excellent communication skills can be considered).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Knowledge of the local property market and applicable real estate laws/regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹9,209.72 - ₹46,473.06 per month
