Position Overview:
Property Advisor (Luxury Real Estate Segment)
As a Property Advisor, you will be the face of Elite Properties India, responsible for driving client acquisition and sales within Kolkata's luxury real estate sector.
Your focus will be on engaging HNI & Ultra-HNI clientele, understanding their investment goals, and aligning them with the best developer inventory options available.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Conduct cold calls and engage with qualified leads provided by the management.
Schedule client meetings, handle inquiries, and manage the entire sales lifecycle -- from presentation to closure.
Maintain strong relationship management with both clients and top developers.
Handle HNI & Ultra-HNI client portfolios, ensuring a personalized property investment experience.
Coordinate weekly site visits and ensure smooth client-developer interactions.
Collaborate with developers on new project launches, upcoming phases, or exclusive previews.
Identify market trends, new opportunities, and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
Ensure all post-sales activities and documentation are completed in coordination with the developers.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC Range: ?35,000 - ?85,000 Fixed per month (based on experience)
Incentives: 10%-15% fixed commission per closure or successful deal
Earning Potential: Highly lucrative for performers, with uncapped incentives
Training & Development: Provided for both fresher and experienced candidates
