We're hiring a dynamic Property Acquisition & Partnerships Manager to build long-term relationships with homeowners for lease and revenue-sharing models.
This role will also handle company agreements, documentation, onboarding properties, and strengthening our homestay network.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new villas, studios, and homestays
Negotiate leases & revenue-share partnerships
Handle legal agreements, documentation & due diligence
Maintain strong owner relationships
Ensure smooth handover & setup for new properties
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management preferred
Willingness to travel across Maharashtra
Self-motivated and good at handling multiple priorities
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi is a plus
