The role holder will be responsible for assisting Sales Managers & Franchise Partners in scouting for suitable locations.
The role will also involve conducting Area Research on the population demographics, standard of living cost & assist/monitor complete center setup.
To identify suitable properties and build a funnel for property options in geographies that the company plans its franchise network expansion.
Network, Build and maintain social presence in allotted geographies by performing research on current trends and local activities that maybe leveraged to own or acquire properties at best deals
Establish strong network & cultivate relationships with brokers, consultants for sourcing Grade A property.
Possess knowledge of current commercial real estate market conditions for micro markets in which properties are located.
Updating Broker details and sourced property details and photographs on the company's ZOHO portal
Facilitating, and assisting in centre Infrastructure building & civil work tracking on a frequent basis
Reviewing new centre fit-out checklist prior to launch and its alignment to the company's ambience manual.
Coordinate with the legal team for due diligence, seeking internal approvals, co-ordination for security deposits, assisting in the process of agreement/registration & and property handover for project execution
Utilize market intelligence and marketplace analysis to make property recommendations to partners & convince them on the best property for their center.
