Property Acquisition Manager - Real Estate / Site Acquisition - 3+ Years- Ahmedabad / Patna

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate high-potential property acquisition opportunities through market research, networking, and site visits.
• Conduct financial feasibility, risk assessments, and due diligence for potential acquisitions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with expansion and business strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong network of real estate agents, developers, and local authorities.
• Monitor zoning regulations, land use policies, and legal parameters impacting acquisitions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective properties and provide market insights regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in property acquisition, real estate transactions, or site selection.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; preferred specialization in Real Estate, Business, or Management.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, valuation methods, and legal frameworks.
• Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in both commercial and residential property acquisitions preferred.
