Role Overview
The Branch Business Development Manager will source gold loans through multiple channels, manage branch-level portfolio performance, and drive business growth by leading customer acquisition and team operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Acquisition
Identify and acquire customers to achieve branch gold loan targets.
Develop new clientele through targeted marketing and outreach initiatives.
Expand and manage the partner/affiliate network to drive sourcing.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage sourcing staff to ensure high productivity.
Build, motivate, and monitor team performance regularly.
Portfolio Management
Oversee the branch's gold loan portfolio and ensure healthy growth.
Generate periodic performance reports for team and portfolio monitoring.
Maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.
Branch Growth
Drive consistent business expansion and meet branch revenue objectives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven ability to source business from the open market.
Familiarity with LOS systems and gold loan operations.
