Position Overview:
MRI Software is seeking a Property Accountant-II to join our team! This individual will prepare monthly financial statements for commercial and residential management clients.
Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank statements
• Post tenant receipts
• Post journal entries
• Analyze balance sheet and income statements for unusual activity and report to client
• Produce financial statement reports and submit to owner/management company
• Always maintain open line of communication with clients

Skills and other requirements:

• 3-4 years experience as a property accountant with commercial or residential management company
• Experience using MRI/Yari/RealPage/Entrata/Appfolio Software applications a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management through written and/or verbal communication
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities
• A high degree of dependability, motivation and flexibility
• Individuals should be ready to in US Shift or US working hours

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.com) or related field CA/CPA/CMA; Masters preferred - and/or relevant qualification and/or relevant experience
