It\'s Propacity.What will you Do ?- Focus on day-to-day execution.- Manage a monthly budget of over 2 crores.- Hands-on knowledge of running & optimizing ads on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Native, programmatic.- Strong focus on scaling Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Native & programmatic ads and cross platform integration.- Explore new acquisition funnels to reduce cost per lead.- Supervise a team of 8 to 9 individuals from diverse backgrounds.- Lead client calls for optimization and reporting purposes.- Organizational abilities to streamline processes and manage workflow efficiently.- Liaise between intra-teams and collaborate with other verticals within the company.Skills and Qualities :- Strong analytical skills.- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.- 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles.- Team handling experience for at least 1 year.- Can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by growth and change.
