We're looking for a

Proofreading Intern

who has a strong eye for detail, excellent grammar skills, and a passion for improving written content. You will work closely with the content team to review, edit, and refine daily content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

What You'll Do

Proofread and edit 800-1,200 words per day (blogs, website pages, FAQs, descriptions, etc.) Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure Ensure content clarity, readability, and logical flow Check formatting, headings, and content structure Ensure content follows brand tone and content guidelines Verify zero plagiarism and originality Review content for basic SEO compliance (headings, keywords, readability) Share feedback and corrections with writers clearly Meet daily deadlines and maintain consistency
Skills You'll Develop (Training Provided)

Professional proofreading and editing techniques Content quality control processes SEO content review basics Formatting for web readability Using tools like Grammarly, Google Docs, and editorial checklists Editorial workflows used in digital agencies
What We're Looking For (Core Competencies)

Excellent English grammar and language skills Strong attention to detail Ability to identify errors and improve content quality Basic understanding of content writing and SEO (preferred, not mandatory) Ability to focus on accuracy and consistency Organized and deadline-oriented Willingness to learn and grow in editorial roles
