Job Title:

Prompt Engineer - Digital Marketing

Job Summary:

As a Prompt Engineer at Lime Tea, you will be responsible for crafting and optimizing AI prompts that help drive innovative digital marketing strategies. You will collaborate with the marketing, AI, and product teams to ensure that our AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, etc.) generate accurate, engaging, and highly relevant content that meets client goals. From creating compelling ad copy to developing dynamic content strategies, your work will be key in enhancing the effectiveness of our AI-powered marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Prompt Development for Marketing Use Cases:

Design and refine AI prompts to generate high-quality marketing content across various formats, including ad copy, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, SEO content, and more.

AI-Driven Campaign Support:

Work with digital marketing teams to develop AI-generated content that aligns with campaign objectives, customer personas, and brand voice. Ensure that AI responses are optimized for conversion, engagement, and brand consistency.

Continuous Prompt Optimization:

Monitor and analyze the performance of AI-generated content, continuously improving prompt structures to enhance relevance, clarity, tone, and overall quality of outputs. Utilize A/B testing and performance analytics to make data-driven adjustments.

Collaboration with Marketing Teams:

Work closely with content marketers, SEO specialists, and social media managers to understand the marketing goals and ensure that AI outputs support broader campaign strategies.

Creative Experimentation:

Experiment with different prompt styles and structures to identify innovative ways AI can assist with creative campaigns and marketing solutions, from personalization to ad targeting.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of AI-generated content, using insights to guide future prompt engineering efforts. Share results with the marketing and AI teams to refine strategies.

Research & Staying Current:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in NLP, machine learning, and digital marketing, identifying new opportunities to enhance AI-generated marketing materials.

Skills & Qualifications:

Marketing Knowledge:

Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, paid media, and social media.

NLP & AI Proficiency:

Familiarity with natural language processing and AI tools, especially those relevant to content generation (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4, BERT, etc.). Understanding how AI can be used to enhance digital marketing efforts.

Creative & Analytical Thinking:

Strong blend of creativity and analytical skills to generate content prompts that are both innovative and data-driven. Ability to optimize content for engagement and conversion.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of Python or other programming languages used in AI/ML applications is a plus. Familiarity with AI platforms like OpenAI or similar.

Communication:

Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate prompt design strategies, results, and improvements to both technical and non-technical teams.

Attention to Detail:

High attention to detail in ensuring AI outputs meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.

Preferred Experience:

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation, copywriting, or campaign strategy. Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing platforms or tools. Background in SEO, SEM, or paid advertising is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
