Job Title: Promotional Staff / Field Marketing Assistant

Reporting to: Marketing Coordinator / Event Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our promotional team!

As a Promotional Staff member, you will represent our brand in public spaces, assist with marketing campaigns, and help create a vibrant presence in the community. This is a hands-on role that combines fieldwork with occasional office support.

Key Responsibilities
- Distribute flyers, pamphlets, and brochures in designated areas
- Assist in setting up and dismantling banners, posters, and promotional displays
- Support event logistics and on-ground brand activations
- Engage with the public to share key messages and answer basic queries
- Capture photos/videos of promotional activities for social media updates
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials and report usage
- Provide feedback from the field to improve future campaigns
- Occasionally assist with basic office tasks like packing materials or data entry

Key Skills & Qualities
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident in public interactions
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player
- Basic smartphone handling for communication and documentation
- Prior experience in promotions or events is a plus, but not mandatory

Qualifications
- Minimum: 10th/12th pass or equivalent
- Age: 18+
- Willingness to travel locally
