Key Responsibilities:
Promote and demonstrate products/services to customers at stores, events, or promotional setups.
Engage customers, explain product features, and answer queries to drive conversions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper display and visibility of products at designated outlets.
Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing and sales team.
Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Track and maintain inventory levels at promotional sites.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, sampling activities, and brand activations.
Prepare daily sales and activity reports.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any field.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in sales, promotions, or marketing (FMCG/Retail experience preferred).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
