(www.promilo.com) Role Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers - Admission Counselling who can engage with students, understand their academic needs, and guide them towards suitable courses. This role involves outbound calling, counselling, and maintaining strong student engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to students based on the leads provided by the company.- Counsel students about courses, admission processes, and career opportunities.- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students.- Follow up regularly with students to ensure conversions.- Update and maintain the database of student interactions.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling/counselling is an added advantage.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).- Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages will be an added benefitNote: Interested candidates should send their resumes to.
